Recently, I was asked to upskill in GraphQL using Apollo Server to prepare for an upcoming project.

It immediately reminded me how brutal and dynamic the tech space really is. You’re constantly learning, adapting, and updating yourself just to stay relevant. Honestly, I don’t think there’s any industry as demanding as tech. do you agree?

The truth is, this journey will test you. You’ll get frustrated, angry, and tempted to quit. Sleepless nights and crushing deadlines will make you question if you’re truly cut out for this path.

But as my CEO, Ndubueze nwoko, said at the beginning of my internship at Deep Technologys:

“You will reach a breakpoint where it feels like nothing is clicking, but if you keep pushing, you will break through into the next stage.”

In summary: NEVER GIVE UP.

This path will test your consistency and grit, but you must also prove that you’re stubborn enough to push through and become a developer.
